is V-Day? V-Day
is a global grass roots movement to end violence
against women and girls. Over the past eight
years V-Day has raised more than $30 million
dollars in all fifty United
States
and 81 countries to support survivors of violence
and to help organizations around the world revolutionize
their universal lexicon to make rape, abuse,
incest, sex slavery, and female genital mutilation
language of the past.
