Technical assistance activities are customized to meet the needs of the organization. They are structured to help build the capacity of organizations and institutions to provide specialized services to commercially sexually exploited girls and young women. Activities could include organizational development initiative, assisting with policy development, program planning, working through newly identified client trends or creating opportunities for survivor leadership. Technical assistance is a cost effective way to facilitate the creation of innovative solutions to your organizations needs and those they serve. It may be added to other services or provided as a stand alone service. Please e-mail training@gems-girls.org for more information on the types of technical assistance offered.
