Denim Day NYC April 2013
Celebrate Denim Day NYC on April 24, 2013! Denim Day grew out of a 1998 Italian Supreme Court decision that overturned a rape conviction because the victim wore tight jeans. They’re having a city-wide op-ed writing contest in collaboration with Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
