Leticia Brown, MFT

Support Services Manager

As Support Services Manager, Leticia Brown has provided GEMS members with direct services that include comprehensive case management, individual and group counseling since October 2009.

Her experience includes providing individual and family therapy services to women in substance abuse treatment, individuals involved with the criminal justice system and adolescents with co-occurring disorders. Prior to working at GEMS, she spent 3 years as an educator with Miami Dade County Public Schools.

Leticia received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master of Family Therapy (MFT) from Drexel University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Sexuality, with a clinical focus, from Widener University.
